My sink and faucet arrived REALLY quickly. When I finally was ready to install, I found the washer and bolts were missing from my purchase. I called the 800 number provided and the nice service rep promised to send the bolts (this was friday at 4:45 PM) When they had not arrived in a week, I called back and they were very sorry and promised to send it. I received a shipping tracking number from them and the parts arrived in 2 days. Installation was just as provided in the instructions and the unit works well. Quite a conversation piece when visitors use the facilities. I saved the instructions taped under the sink in case I need special washers from them someday. Their service department is very good and polite.

I was so excited to find a beautiful RED sink and was so disappointed when I opened the box and the sink look like a dark brick reddish brown. We are not into earth tones. I think it would help if the person who takes the photo and the person who discribes the color are both looking at the sink not just the photo,there would be less confussion when it comes to the color discription. We are now going to order another sink from you, just not red, we will go with a blue which I am sure will be lovely. The sink came promptly and was packaged very well.

I absolutely love my new red sink! The website picture doesn't do it justice. Its so much more beautiful in person. Its gorgeous and I love it. My biggest problem was trying to find a vanity for it as this website only has vanities with sinks already attached. I called and the sales rep did not have any info on vanities w/o a sink. However, I did find one at Menards, which was pretty inexpensive and looks fantastic!They have a wide variety of vanities available for purchase w/o the sink and you can choose the color of the countertop. I was done installing both of less than an hour (with the help of my husband), it was great!

So far, so good. It is beautiful and the price was better than purchasing all the extras separately (like at Home Depot, etc.)
Shipment was speedy and I shall see how I like maintaining a glass bowl.....just lovely.
